Job Summary
Conduct on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across residential and commercial sites. Complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding, then log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to code calls and map routes. Pick up parts from assigned Fed Ex or UPS stores, perform repairs, confirm service times with customers, and drop off old parts using pre-paid labels. Travel to multiple work sites each day, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This 1099 position pays per call completed, with volume typically ranging from 2 to 5 calls daily. Minimum availability includes three weekdays, with tickets run Monday through Friday.
