Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across Granbury, Texas, including confirming service times, picking up daily parts, and dropping off old components. Perform repairs and installations at residential and commercial sites while traveling locally with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Log into your tech portal each morning by 9 am to code calls and map routes, then complete 2-5 calls per day with pay based solely on calls finished. Onboard with free Dell and Lenovo certifications.
Required Qualifications
- prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware
- reliable form of transportation
- valid driver's license
- access to a computer and the Internet
- ability to log into your tech portal each morning by 9 am
- prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
- comfortable with daily local travel
- regular availability of a minimum of 3 weekdays
