Computer Field Technician

Computer Field Technician needed to perform on-site hardware repairs and installations for laptops and desktops in customer sites. Role is a 1099/per-call contractor position with pay based on completed calls; initial calls start at $35 and increase with distance. Onboarding includes online Dell and Lenovo certifications. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to visit multiple work sites throughout the day, log into the technician portal by 9 am to map daily calls, and pick up parts from designated locations (FedEx/UPS). Daily travel to residential and commercial customer sites is required; technician will verify service times with customers in the portal and complete parts installation and troubleshooting on-site. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience replacing components in laptops and desktops and access to a computer/internet to log portal activity. This role is based out of Granbury, TX with territory work across the country and requires regular local travel and on-site presence at customer sites.
