Job Summary
Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across Granbury, Texas territories. Confirm service times with customers via your tech portal and map daily routes before 9 am. Pick up parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores, perform repairs at residential and commercial sites, and drop off old parts using pre-paid labels. This 1099 position pays per call completed, starting at $50, with variable volume averaging 2-5 calls daily. You must have prior hands-on experience with component replacement, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Onboarding includes free Dell and Lenovo certifications.
Required Qualifications
