Conduct on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across Granbury, Texas. Complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding, then access the tech portal daily by 9 am to code calls and map routes. Visit multiple residential and commercial sites to confirm service times and perform repairs, picking up parts from assigned Fed Ex or UPS stores before each shift. Drop off old parts with pre-paid labels after daily call completion. This 1099 position pays per call completed, with variable volume typically ranging from one to three calls per week. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and hands-on experience replacing components.
