Confirm service times, pick up daily parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores, and drop off old components using pre-paid labels. Travel to multiple work locations within your territory, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Log into your tech portal by 9 am each morning to code calls and map routes, then complete 2-5 calls per day. Earn $50 per call with pay based solely on completed tickets, paid every Friday after the first week. Obtain Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.
Required Qualifications
