Confirm service times with customers via your tech portal, pick up parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores, and drop off old components using pre-paid labels. Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform repairs on desktops and laptops, requiring prior hands-on experience with component replacement. Log into your portal each morning by 9 am to code calls and map your route, ensuring you are regularly available a minimum of three weekdays. This 1099 position offers pay based on calls completed, ranging from $35 per call, with a pay period every Friday. You must maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.
