Complete on-site hardware warranty services for laptop and desktop units across Granbury, Texas. Confirm service times with customers, pick up daily parts from designated stores, and drop off old components using provided labels. Troubleshoot and repair hardware while traveling to multiple residential and commercial sites. Log into the tech portal each morning by 9 am to code calls and map daily routes. This is a 1099/per call position where pay is based solely on calls completed, starting at $50 and increasing with distance. You must have prior hands-on experience with component replacement, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Tickets are run Monday through Friday during the day shift, requiring availability for a minimum of three weekdays. Complete free Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.
