Job Summary
Conduct on-site hardware warranty repairs and installations for laptop and desktop units across residential and commercial sites. Confirm service times with customers via a tech portal, map daily routes by 9 am, and pick up or drop off parts from assigned FedEx or UPS stores. Complete Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding while traveling to multiple work locations. This 1099 position pays per call completed, with volume typically ranging from 2 to 4 calls daily. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and hands-on experience replacing components.
