Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements by picking up parts from FedEx and returning removed components using provided shipping labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Perform 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. You must have reliable transportation and internet access. This role is a 1099 contract position based in Victoria, TX.
