Job Summary
Execute hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided components held at FedEx, and coordinate onsite service windows with customers. Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls, with ticket volume typically ranging from 2 to 5 per day. Complete all work Monday through Friday, with pay calculated at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access for portal operations.
