Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services, including part replacements and customer contact to confirm onsite windows. Accept, code, and map out daily calls via a tech portal by 9 am Monday through Friday, with call volume typically between 2-5 per day. Complete ticketed work as a 1099 contractor earning $35 per ticket, with pay distributed every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and access to a computer and internet for portal access. Parts are provided by manufacturers and held at FedEx for morning pickup.
