Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts picked up from FedEx, then return removed components with provided shipping labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Complete 2-5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday after the first week. Reliable transportation and computer access with internet are required.
