Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements while maintaining a reliable transportation method to reach customer sites. Contact customers daily to confirm onsite windows and log into the tech portal by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls Monday through Friday. Pick up parts from FedEx in the morning and return removed parts using provided shipping materials. This 1099 contract role pays $35 per ticket based on call volume, with pay distributed every Friday after the first week.
