Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements while accepting, coding, and mapping calls through the tech portal daily by 9 am. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows for service. Pick up manufacturer parts from FedEx and return removed components using provided shipping materials. This 1099 contract role involves 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. Reliable transportation and home computer access are required.
