Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts held at FedEx, and coordinate onsite windows by contacting customers. Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls, with a typical volume of 2-5 tickets per day. Complete work Monday through Friday, with pay based on tickets completed at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access to log onto your portal.
Required Qualifications
