Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts, typically picked up from FedEx in the morning. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. This 1099 contract role involves 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. Reliable transportation and access to a computer and internet are required.
