Job Summary
Complete hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts picked up from FedEx, then return removed components with provided shipping labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. This 1099 contract role involves roughly 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. You must have reliable transportation and home computer/internet access.
