Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts held at FedEx, then return removed components using provided shipping labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Perform 2-5 calls per day as a 1099 contractor, earning $35 per ticket with pay distributed every Friday. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access to access your portal. Obtain free Dell and Lenovo certifications during onboarding.
