Job Summary
Execute hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units, specifically performing part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Retrieve parts from FedEx in the morning and return removed components using provided shipping materials. This 1099 contract role involves a call volume of 2-5 tickets per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday. You must have reliable transportation, internet access, and prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Certification in Dell and Lenovo is provided during onboarding at no cost.
