Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements, contact customers to confirm onsite windows, and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Accept 2-5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday after the first week. Maintain a reliable vehicle for onsite travel and ensure access to a computer and internet for portal access. Parts are provided by manufacturers, typically picked up from FedEx in the morning.
