Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements and manage customer contact windows for onsite service. Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls, with a typical volume of 2-5 tickets per day. Perform morning pickups for parts held at FedEx and return removed parts using provided shipping materials. This 1099 contract role pays $35 per ticket with pay periods ending every Friday. Reliable transportation and internet access are required.
