Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services, performing part replacements with manufacturer-provided parts picked up from FedEx. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls. Complete between 2-5 tickets per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket paid every Friday. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access to run calls and manage portal tasks Monday through Friday.
