Job Summary
Complete hardware repairs and installations for Dell and Lenovo laptop and desktop units as a 1099 contract technician. Perform warranty service part replacements, picking up components from FedEx and using provided shipping materials to return removed parts. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into your tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls. Accept typically 2-5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday after the first week. You must have a reliable form of transportation and access to a computer and internet to access your portal.
