Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts picked up from FedEx, while contacting customers to confirm onsite service windows. Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls, with ticket volume typically ranging from 2 to 5 per day. Complete all work Monday through Friday, with pay calculated at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and access to a computer and internet for portal access.
