Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided components picked up from FedEx each morning. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Complete 2-5 tickets per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket and paid every Friday after the first week. This 1099 contract role requires reliable transportation and internet access, with onboarding certification in Dell and Lenovo hardware provided at no cost.
