Complete hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Accept, code, and map out calls by logging into your tech portal every workday by 9 am. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows and perform hardware part replacements using parts provided by manufacturers. This 1099 contract position involves 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, settled every Friday after the first week. You must have reliable transportation and internet access to log onto your portal.
