Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units, specifically performing part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows and manage ticket status by logging into your portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Pick up parts from FedEx in the morning and return removed items using provided shipping materials. Complete between 2-5 calls per day as a 1099 contractor earning $35 per ticket, with pay distributed every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access to fulfill these responsibilities.
