Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided components picked up from FedEx, then return removed parts with provided shipping materials. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Complete 2-5 tickets per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. This 1099 contract role requires reliable transportation and a computer with internet access for portal management.
