Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts picked up from FedEx, then return removed components with provided shipping labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal by 9 am daily to accept, code, and map calls. Complete between 2-5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket based on volume. This 1099 contract role requires reliable transportation and internet access to run tickets Monday through Friday. You will receive free onboarding certifications in Dell and Lenovo hardware.
