Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units, specifically performing part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and manage ticket status by logging into the tech portal daily before 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Complete 2-5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket based on volume, and pick up manufacturer parts from FedEx in the morning. This 1099 contract role requires reliable transportation and internet access, with pay distributed every Friday after the first week. You will receive free certification in Dell and Lenovo systems during onboarding.
