Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided components picked up from FedEx, then ship removed parts back using provided labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Complete 2-5 tickets per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, settled every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access to run onsite calls Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
