Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units, specifically performing part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows and manage ticket acceptance, coding, and mapping through a portal by 9 am daily. Retrieve parts from FedEx and utilize provided shipping materials for returned components. This 1099 contract role involves 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. Reliable transportation and home computer access are required. You will complete onboarding certifications in Dell and Lenovo hardware at no cost.
