Job Summary
Complete hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Accept, code, and map out calls via your tech portal daily by 9 am, then contact customers to confirm onsite windows. Perform hardware part replacements using parts provided by manufacturers, typically picked up from FedEx in the morning. Return removed parts using provided shipping labels and materials. This 1099 contract role pays $35 per ticket based on call volume, with pay periods occurring every Friday after the first week. Reliable transportation and internet access are required.
