Job Summary
Complete hardware repairs and installations for Dell and Lenovo laptop and desktop units as part of a 1099 contract role. Perform warranty service part replacements, contacting customers to confirm onsite windows and managing ticket status via a daily portal login by 9 am. Accept between 2-5 calls per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket and distributed every Friday. Maintain reliable transportation to run onsite calls and access to a computer and internet for portal access. Parts are provided by manufacturers, typically held at FedEx for morning pickup.
Required Qualifications
