Job Summary
Execute hardware repairs and installations on Dell and Lenovo laptop and desktop units for warranty services. Perform part replacements using manufacturer-provided components held at FedEx, then return removed parts with provided shipping materials. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Complete 2-5 tickets per day, with pay starting at $35 per ticket paid every Friday. Requires reliable transportation, internet access, and prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
