Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units, specifically performing part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Accept, code, and map out calls via the tech portal daily by 9 am, then contact customers to confirm onsite windows. Pick up manufacturer parts from FedEx and return removed units using provided shipping materials. This 1099 contract role involves 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. You must have reliable transportation and internet access to log into your portal.
