Job Summary
Complete hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services, including part replacements and customer contact to confirm onsite windows. Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls, with a volume of 2-5 tickets per day. Perform part pickups from FedEx and utilize provided shipping materials for returns. This 1099 contract position pays $35 per ticket, with pay periods ending every Friday after the first week. Reliable transportation and internet access are required.
