Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements by picking up parts from FedEx in the morning and returning removed items using provided shipping labels. Contact customers to confirm onsite service windows and log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Handle 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access for portal usage.
