Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements using manufacturer-provided components picked up from FedEx, while contacting customers to confirm onsite windows. Log into the tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map out calls, with ticket volume typically ranging from 2 to 5 per day. Accept 1099 contract status with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. Maintain reliable transportation and internet access to manage the schedule.
