Job Summary
Conduct hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Complete part replacements using manufacturer-provided parts, typically picked up from FedEx each morning. Contact customers to confirm onsite windows and log into your tech portal daily by 9 am to accept, code, and map calls. Manage a schedule of 2-5 calls per day with pay starting at $35 per ticket, paid every Friday after the first week. Maintain a reliable form of transportation and access to a computer and internet to access the portal.
