Job Summary
Senior-level role: Lead definition and execution of systems engineering activities for electronics products within a DoD-focused aerospace context. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, system architecture, product design, performance monitoring, testing and validation, documentation, and customer-facing support; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop hardware/software interfaces, wiring diagrams, cable harnesses, and system-level test plans; ensure compliance through reviews and documentation; engage with customers, program management, and manufacturing; requires strong communication and security-clearance considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required
- Five to seven years of applicable hands on systems engineering design experience in the aerospace and electronics hardware industries
- Previous DoD system design experience preferred
