Job Summary
Install, configure, integrate, and support computer systems hardware, operating systems, applications, device drivers, and network infrastructure including routers, switches, and storage. Diagnose and resolve system and connectivity issues using analytical troubleshooting while providing customer-focused technical support and guidance. Communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally for varied audiences, working independently or within teams to apply project management practices. Maintain current on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies. This on-site role in Northern Virginia supports a federal government client with an anticipated award in September/October 2026 for a one-year base plus four option period.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
- Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines
- Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
- On-site in Northern Virginia
- 0-2 years of specialized experience (Entry Level)
- 2-4 years of specialized experience (Journeyman)
- 4-6 years of specialized experience (Full Performance)
- 6-8 years of specialized experience (Senior Level)
- 8-12 years of specialized experience (Subject Matter Expert)
