Computer Based Training Specialist (Computer Based Training)

Design, develop, and deliver computer-based training courseware in accordance with applicable requirements and standards. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives. Coordinate with instructional designers and others to gather requirements. Create or code, test, and document computer-based training; update existing materials to maintain currency. Provide technical support for training courseware to internal and external customers. Explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance courseware and development processes. Collaborate with application managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders. Work with Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Articulate 360, and Domino. Familiarity with LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Moodle). Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with version control systems (Git or similar). Adapt to fast-paced environments. Identify and implement process improvements to learning-related solutions. Maintain, support, and enhance internal applications and databases; participate in version control, testing, and deployment workflows. Support cybersecurity compliance activities. Document system behavior, changes, and operational procedures. Security Clearance: ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; interim/final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start. Relocation offered based on eligibility.
