Job Summary
One-year (or shorter) job training program for young adults combining technical and professional training with internships and job-placement support. Participants may receive an educational stipend and, during internships, a $525 per week stipend. Internships may be hosted at organizations such as Harvard University, Wayfair, Salesforce, Wellington Management in the Greater Boston area. Program covers IT Support, Network Security & Support, Project Management, Banking, Business Operations, Investment Operations. Emphasis on developing professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking, resume building, and ongoing guidance to launch a career. Eligibility includes prior high school graduation or GED, being eligible to work in the U.S., availability Monday–Friday for the duration, motivation to learn, and not having a Bachelor's degree. Employed graduates have an average starting salary around $53,000 per year.
