Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility, including CT guided biopsies. Perform both CT scans with and without contrast, as well as X-Ray imaging. Shift hours run from 2100-0700 with every other weekend and holiday rotation required. Equipment includes GE systems, with documentation managed via Meditech and Centricity PACS. Department scrubs are navy blue. Apply now to be contacted by a recruiter for further details.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS certification
- CT Registry
- ACR certification
- Ability to perform CT scans with and without contrast
- Ability to perform X-Ray imaging
- Shift hours: 2100-0700
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation required
