Job Summary
Interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT scanner equipment according to established protocols while working with interdisciplinary teams to support diagnostic imaging needs. Ensure patient safety and image quality during high-volume imaging procedures using commercial CT systems and PACS. Shift hours are 2300-0700 on a 3x12 schedule pattern, with an expected weekly commitment of 36 hours. This night shift assignment supports critical diagnostic services across communities, contributing to improved patient outcomes through timely, high-quality imaging.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience in a hospital or comparable acute care setting
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography with CT certification
- Current BLS certification
- Experience performing contrast administration and advanced CT imaging protocols
- Experience operating commercial CT scanner systems and PACS in a high-volume environment
- Must be able to work night shift schedule as required by the facility
- Shift hours: 2300 - 0700
- Schedule pattern: 3x12

- Prior work in a hospital radiology department
