Job Summary
Conduct accurate CT scans following physician instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate GE CT equipment to support patient diagnosis in a hospital radiology department. Perform a full range of CT procedures and cross-sectional imaging while utilizing radiology documentation systems. Maintain BLS certification and adhere to 12-hour shift schedules running from 1900-0700. Requires minimum 2 years of CT experience, current ARRT certification, and a valid New Hampshire Medical Imaging License.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Valid New Hampshire State Medical Imaging License
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience performing a full range of CT procedures and cross-sectional imaging
- Experience with radiology documentation systems
- Experience with Meditech Expanse
- Shift hours: 1900-0700
- 12-hour shift scheduling
- Required uniform: scrubs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GE CT equipment
- Prior experience in a hospital radiology department
- Cross-training or competency in general X-ray
