Job Summary
Accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility. Complete appropriate CT modality orientation and maintain current ARRT certification with Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification. Work rotating shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM on Fridays through Sundays, with mandatory on-call requirements every Thursday night and every eight weekends. Required Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS certification
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification
- Registered – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R) (CT) required
- Completes appropriate CT modality orientation
- Shift hours: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
- Shift days: Friday-Sunday
- On-call required every Thursday night and every 8 weekends
- May be assigned on-call standby shifts as needed by the department
