Job Summary
Experienced Computed Tomography Technologist needed for night shift in a Brattleboro, VT hospital. Responsibilities include following physician scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, and operating CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Must have 2 years CT tech experience, completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program, and ARRT certification (CT or Radiography), plus BLS. Demonstrated experience with contrast-enhanced CT exams and adherence to moderate sedation protocols when applicable. Requires familiarity with multi-slice CT scanners and PACS workflow, with ability to work independently on nights. Credentialing and background per facility requirements. Preferred ACLS certification, trauma or emergency department CT imaging experience, and prior travel/contract experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent education
- Current ARRT (Computed Tomography or Radiography) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Experience performing contrast-enhanced CT exams and following moderate sedation protocols when applicable
- Experience operating multi-slice CT scanners and familiarity with PACS workflow
- Ability to work independently on night shift in an acute hospital environment
- Must meet facility-specific credentialing and background requirements
